We offer individual, semi-private, group and team training for all ages at Sport & Health club. Part of a sports team? We'll even bring our expert personal trainers and custom workouts to you!


This fun, educational program introduces basic speed, agility and functional strength movements to your child. Our goal is to empower youth by demonstrating how and why to work out so they can succeed in sports and their personal fitness.

ELITE (AGES 15-18)

This gym program builds upon the foundation of strength, mobility, and coordination developed in Youth Training. Our Elite program is athletic performance training for serious athletes looking to take their game to the next level and train like the pros. Our health club strength program focuses on appropriate lifts, proper form, and incremental improvement.


This gym program trains college athletes pre-season and off-season at a higher level of intensity to prepare them for their upcoming season.


Our Adult Training health club program is designed to improve core strength, functional range of motion and power with our expert trainers.


1 Team, 1 Trainer, 1 Goal. No one does team training like Explosive Performance! We've trained over 50 championship teams spanning most every sport, including the 2012 gold-medal-winning US Women's Soccer Team. Your team's EP trainer will develop a custom program to fit the needs of both coach and athletes, all on your team's schedule. Onsite & Offsite options available.



You’ll experience passionate fitness coaches, energetic music and an overall high-energy gym workout environment at our health clubs. You’ll have a blast, while achieving your ultimate fitness goals. Designed to fit into your schedule, morning and evening drop-ins are available every 15 minutes – hop into a gym the workout whenever you’re ready!
