  Mike started Zone4 two years ago when he weighed over 300 pounds and is down to 215 pounds today, losing over 125 pounds.  What an inspiration!   Consistent strength training, cardio routines, and nutritional support from his Zone 4 Coach, Heather have helped Mike stay on the path to achieving his goals.

Zone 4 made working out fun for Mike, its led him to discovering many other things the Onelife Fitness has to offer. Before, Mike used to think working out was punishment, but now he's found an every day love for exercise and activity. 

 Before Mike joined Onelife, he was taking insulin before every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and insulin before bed as well as pills for his blood pressure and cholesterol. Now Mike is free from the need to take any pills or insulin at all and is close to reversing his diabetes all together.
