I attended my first FREE trial Zone 4 (TNT) class at the end of June and I’ve been hooked ever since! Working out is now fun for me and I look forward to going to the gym daily! I’m a competitive person so being able to work out alongside others and compare my progress throughout class makes me push myself even more! The group environment allows space to workout independently without feeling overwhelmed and our awesome trainer gives us the personal attention and extra motivation/push we all need every now and then! The flexible schedule allows me the ability to attend 4-5 sessions per week. This has mentally challenged me and physically changed me therefore I am forever grateful!

This is a great gym with more than everything one needs in a gym! The equipment is good and the cardio area is bright and energetic. There is ample room for free weights and stretching. I have found the classes to all be excellent with very good instructors. And, an added bonus is free, available parking.
