Sport&Health Front Desk staff member Ceara is an olympic weight lifter who, after just starting two years ago, is already a nationally ranked athlete. As she sets her sights on international recognition, with ambitions to compete in the big show in Paris 2024, we sat down with her to talk about her journey.

When Carolina decided to change her life she knew she needed the help of an expert that would be just as committed to her goals as she was. But this story isn't just about weight loss, it's about the new life Carolina found afterwards. During this time, it is highly recommended to take the day off (passive recovery), but active recovery can prove to be more beneficial for your body than static rest.
