If you haven’t experienced the thrill of successfully completing a group fitness class, we highly recommend you try it!
Group fitness classes today offer a huge variety of training options to add fun and specialized focus to your workouts and of course, each class comes with its own certified expert to guide you along.
Knowing how to properly structure your workout takes knowledge and skill. Many people who try our health clubs for the first time aren’t sure where to start and/or how to start. As a result, they end up performing workouts that may not be aligned with their goals. At best they are wasting valuable workout time, at worst they are risking serious injury from using improper form. But, when you join a group fitness class, all the planning has been done for you. At our health clubs, we pride ourselves with having a certified trainer that meticulously structures each workout to provide your body with the proper warm-up, progressive intensity and warm-down that your body needs to be safe. You get the benefits of having a personal trainer without the cost. You will learn new exercises, techniques and form which will all benefit you when you return to the health club gym and start putting together your own training sessions.

Pilates on Saturday morning is amazing. She is a top notch instructor. I also enjoy the clean facilities for working out on my own.
The atmosphere and the staff are amazing. The facilities are well maintained and the team is very knowledgeable. I love the array of classes they offer and vast variety of equipment. I highly recommend this club.
One of the reasons I was interested in this particular gym were the classes. They offer classes Monday - Friday, including Yoga, my personal favorite, Zumba and a variety of strength training classes.
Lots of fun classes if you are into that as well. My parents love going to the aquacise class in the pool.
I go to the gym for the classes. Their teachers are always positive and skilled and I get a great work-out every time!
I've been a member for years and I'll be sticking around. I LOVE the group classes. I started coming to mat pilates after a knee injury 3 or 4 years ago, got into yoga, BodyPump, cycle, and now I'm addicted to barre. The instructors are kind and encouraging but complete professionals and make you WORK! Fellow members are friendly, facilities are clean, and there's a great variety of equipment and machines. I love that this is my neighborhood gym.
This gym has everything! I've taken their BodyPump, Spin, and Yoga classes for over two years and I've never had a bad class.
I have been a member for a year and a half and I love it! I checked out a dozen gyms in the area with one week passes before I joined and picked Sport&Health because it had the best group exercise classes. I was having so much fun I decided to get certified and just started teaching!
There are plenty of stretching areas and studios for pilates/yoga, biking, and the aeroibics classes.
Great staff, super friendly trainers.

Best Barre and Bang classes around. Wonderful instructors!
I religiously go to Zumba every Wednesday with Brittani Hall and I have for about the last 3 to 4 years!
The best class ever! PILATES and the best instructor Tracey.
Zumba classes are super!
