Pilates on Saturday morning is amazing. She is a top notch instructor. I also enjoy the clean facilities for working out on my own.
The atmosphere and the staff are amazing. The facilities are well maintained and the team is very knowledgeable. I love the array of classes they offer and vast variety of equipment. I highly recommend this club.
One of the reasons I was interested in this particular gym were the classes. They offer classes Monday - Friday, including Yoga, my personal favorite, Zumba and a variety of strength training classes.
Lots of fun classes if you are into that as well. My parents love going to the aquacise class in the pool.
I go to the gym for the classes. Their teachers are always positive and skilled and I get a great work-out every time!
I've been a member for years and I'll be sticking around. I LOVE the group classes. I started coming to mat pilates after a knee injury 3 or 4 years ago, got into yoga, BodyPump, cycle, and now I'm addicted to barre. The instructors are kind and encouraging but complete professionals and make you WORK! Fellow members are friendly, facilities are clean, and there's a great variety of equipment and machines. I love that this is my neighborhood gym.
This gym has everything! I've taken their BodyPump, Spin, and Yoga classes for over two years and I've never had a bad class.
I have been a member for a year and a half and I love it! I checked out a dozen gyms in the area with one week passes before I joined and picked Sport&Health because it had the best group exercise classes. I was having so much fun I decided to get certified and just started teaching!
There are plenty of stretching areas and studios for pilates/yoga, biking, and the aeroibics classes.
