TRX Suspension Training


Born in the Navy SEALs, the TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You'll build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. Want to make a move more challenging? Simply adjust your body angle to add resistance. Similarly, decrease the angle to make the move a little easier. Now THAT'S a customized workout!
