The teens&health Certification Program is a 3 hour course that provides important information about
nutrition, cardiovascular training, strength, flexibility and balance training. Your 11-14 year old will learn
how to use the equipment at the club and have a customized workout program developed for him or
her. Upon successful completion of the program, your child is eligible to workout on the fitness floor and
participate in all club programs at Sport&Health!
- Parent must be in the club during youth workouts. Youth must be added or already on Sport&Health membership to participate in this program.
- Sessions are on going and are held on various days/times Monday-Saturday. Please sign up with a Membership Consultant or the Fitness Director and we will contact you to schedule your child on a convenient day and time.
