Pilates is an exercise system designed to strengthen, lengthen and balance the body. We offer both Pilates Mat classes through our Group Fitness Program and Apparatus Sessions through our Pilates program.

By utilizing unique apparatus with spring resistance, emphasis is placed on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates is an exercise system that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.

Pilates Mat

A series of nonimpact floor exercises designed to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Yoga

Yoga will help you with maintaining and furthering balance, strength, and flexibility using a sequence of yoga postures or asanas. Concentrating not only on the pose but the transitions, you will build the foundation for starting or continuing your yoga practice.

BodyFlow

BODYFLOW fuses yoga, tai chi, and pilates in a workout that builds flexibility, balance, and strength. It leaves you feeling centered and calm.

BarreOne

BarreOne is a ballet-inspired toning and flexibility workout using hand weights, balls, and depending on availability, a ballet barre. Get the dancer's body you've always wanted. Great for all fitness levels.

Piyo

With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, PiYo will help give you dramatically visible, incredibly beautiful results with dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.

Hot Yoga

Exercise for your mind, body and soul. Experience a flowing style linking flowing movement with breath. Special attention is paid to easing into postures, finding proper alignment, and using minimal effort to allow muscle and joint release while holding a pose.

Based on the style devised by Bikram Choudhury, our hot yoga classes are held in a climate controlled room designed to increase an individual’s flexibility in the poses. Our rooms reach 98-100 degrees. Please check with your physician before engaging in the style of workout.
