With summer camps coming to a close and the kids coming home, it's important to make sure the whole day isn't spent in front of the TV.
Sport&Health Group Fitness Instructor Robin Goelman stopped by WJLA's Let's Talk Live to demonstrate some fun exercises that you can do with your kids at home to help keep them moving.
"The most important thing is to keep it fun," said Robin. "If you enjoy it and look forward to doing it, it's not a chore."
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends children get 60 minutes of exercise each day. "But you don't need to get that all at once," she said. "Little 15-minute dance parties are a great way to fit in extra activity - and they're lots of fun!"
