Laura Jordan never thought she was that overweight. At a doctor's visit earlier this year, she was shocked when told she was technically obese, by medical standards. She was 5' 2", 165 pounds and 33 pounds overweight, Laura says, "it really was a wake up call" and it inspired her to go and join her local sport&health.
