Summer Blast 30-Minute Workout

With the busy summer upon us, our time commitment to exercise can begin to diminish. However, if you can focus on quality vs. quantity in your workout, finding the time will become much easier. Did you know that with the right effort, a 30-minute workout can burn as many (if not more) calories as an hour-long workout? With that said, here is a quality, 30 minute workout that will leave you filled with more energy for your summer activities!
