- Mini Health Fair - Package A: Your company can select its own themes and promotions for a Mini Health Fair, allowing for complete control over the event.
- "Race to Wellness" Health Fair - Package B: This themed, action packed 3-hour event has the feel of NASCAR, complete with flags, banners, racecars, lights, balloons and life-size replicas of your favorite race car drivers.
Mini Health Fair - Package A
Your company can select its own themes and promotions for a Mini Health Fair, allowing for complete control over the event.
The Mini Health Fair includes the following to best meet the needs of your employees:
- Blood Pressure: How does it work?
- Body Fat: Percentage of body fat. A Futrex device measures painlessly.
- Stress Booth: Bio-dot tool to determine stress level. Make a "stress balloon."
- Health Age Profile: Are you younger or older than your chronological age? Life expectancy - adding or taking away?
- Flexibility or grip strength: "sit and reach" or how strong is your grip?
- Nutrition: Hands-on displays and handouts.
- Women's and Men's Health Booth: A variety of info on cancer risk reduction, heart health, and disease prevention.
