My dark & sedentary decade ended shortly before I joined Sport&Health. Plagued by infections which claimed my right pectoralis major and 30+ surgeries in which eight organs were removed from my body was bad enough. Then in the fall of 2011, I was diagnosed with Lupus. 

I am determined to utilize Sport&Health to its’ fullest in this fight for my good health and life!
