How do I renew my paid in full membership?
When your paid in full membership is up for renewal, you will receive a letter in the mail indicating the process.  Otherwise, you can email your intentions to accounting@sportandhealth.com and a member services representative will assist you. If you do not choose to renew your paid-in-full term, your membership will continue on a month to month basis.

  • Cancellation notice may be submitted by email to accounting@sportandhealth.com.
  • Notice must be received before the 25th of the month prior to the month you wish to cancel.
  • Notice is not effective if sent by fax or orally communicated, whether in person or by telephone.

Memberships do not expire. After the original term, your membership continues on a month to month basis until you notify the club in writing that you would like to end your membership.

How do I put my membership on hold?
To place your membership on freeze status, you need to email accounting@sportandhealth.com before 5:00pm on the last business day of the month you would like to start your freeze. Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months with proof of military leave or medical documentation of a serious injury that prohibits your total use of the club. Fees apply. The request must identify the calendar months you wish to be on freeze status.
